A food-delivery marketplace I built and operate on the Costa del Sol, connecting customers, restaurants and drivers.

Build details

The platform covers the delivery workflow: ordering and payments, restaurant preparation, driver assignment and operations. I built the storefront, dashboards and backend, plus customer, driver, kitchen and operations apps that share a mobile design system. Dispatch combines location data with a Python service for assignment optimisation and preparation-time and arrival estimates. I handle releases and operate the infrastructure myself.

AutoDeck DMS

A dealership management platform that brings inventory, sales, accounting and customer websites into one system.

Build details

I built the platform around the daily work of running a dealership, from managing stock and customer enquiries to invoicing and financial reporting. Its accounting preserves issued documents and tracks cost adjustments so profit, stock valuation and commissions stay consistent. Country-specific rules and regional data isolation support expansion beyond Romania. The platform runs in Docker on Coolify, and the HMotors website connects through its public API.

Build details

I built the mobile app, subscription flow, marketing site and admin console, then took the app through App Store review. Daily plans bring together meals, workouts and a wind-down, with HealthKit integration and custom visuals. The admin console supports content management and analytics.

A property website and CRM with automation for an estate agency on the Costa del Sol.

Build details

I built workflows for sourcing listings, contacting owners over WhatsApp, qualifying buyers, matching properties and booking viewings. The public site supports four locales, property maps and virtual tours. I also connected the agency's operational tools to Claude, which I use to run the business day to day.

A fixed price, agreed before we build

A defined product or feature. It starts with a short, paid scoping sprint that produces the scope, an architecture outline, acceptance criteria and the fixed quote. If you go ahead, the sprint fee is credited against the build.

Monthly retainer

One agreed fee each month

Reserved time each month for a product that keeps moving: new features, maintenance and operations, with a standing weekly review.

Embedded engineering

An agreed day rate

Claudiu joins your team for a defined stretch: an audit, a rescue, a launch or cover, contracted through our UK Ltd company.

    Agree the scope

    We start with the problem, the users and the constraints. We challenge assumptions early and propose a scope with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.

    Build and review

    You work directly with Claudiu. We review working software as it takes shape, discuss trade-offs and agree changes before they expand the scope.

    Launch and support

    We plan deployment, handover and ongoing care before release. Support and maintenance are agreed explicitly, so ownership stays clear after launch.

You own everything we build

A small studio should never leave you dependent on one person. From the first commit, the work is set up so another engineer could pick it up.

  • Your repository

    The code lives in a repository you own from day one, with its full history.

  • Your infrastructure

    Hosting and services are documented and can run in your own accounts. If we host them for you, you can move them whenever you choose.

  • A written handover

    The architecture, the key decisions and how to deploy and run the product are written down, not kept in one person's head.

I'm Claudiu Sfetan, the founder-engineer behind Claudius dev. You work directly with me, from the first technical decisions to release and ongoing operation. The projects here include products I built and run, alongside client work. I care about how software behaves when people depend on it. I challenge assumptions early, explain the trade-offs, and agree on a scope I can deliver confidently. I'd rather start with a smaller, dependable product and build from there.
