Business automation and integrations

Repeated copying, disconnected tools and manual handoffs make a business harder to run. We map the workflow with you, then build the integrations and automation around clear rules, review points and useful visibility when something fails.

Work directly with Claudiu Sfetan, from scope to release and support.

What we can deliver

Workflow and system integration

Connect your website, CRM and operational tools through APIs and background jobs. Start with a specific handoff, such as moving an enquiry into the right system, rather than replacing everything at once.

AI tools with clear boundaries

Use language models and MCP integrations when they help with a defined task. We agree which actions need human review, what information the tool can access and what should happen when its output is uncertain.

Operational visibility

Build in error reporting and a way to inspect the workflow. We define how failed steps are handled and where a person can take over, so the automation remains understandable after launch.

Relevant work

Onyx Estates combines property sourcing, buyer qualification, matching and booking workflows with operational tools. WEGO connects ordering, preparation and driver assignment. These projects show the integration work behind the visible interface.

Onyx Estates

A property website and CRM with automation for an estate agency on the Costa del Sol.

I built workflows for sourcing listings, contacting owners over WhatsApp, qualifying buyers, matching properties and booking viewings. The public site supports four locales, property maps and virtual tours. I also connected the agency's operational tools to Claude, which I use to run the business day to day.

WEGO

A food-delivery marketplace I built and operate on the Costa del Sol, connecting customers, restaurants and drivers.

The platform covers the delivery workflow: ordering and payments, restaurant preparation, driver assignment and operations. I built the storefront, dashboards and backend, plus customer, driver, kitchen and operations apps that share a mobile design system. Dispatch combines location data with a Python service for assignment optimisation and preparation-time and arrival estimates. I handle releases and operate the infrastructure myself.

A useful starting point

Walk us through one repetitive process: what starts it, which tools it touches, who makes decisions and where it breaks. A concrete example is enough to start discussing a useful first scope.
